No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
AI model providers
You are responsible for the AI model providers you connect to the software and for following those providers' terms.
What your agents do
You are responsible for what you approve your agents to do, and for complying with the laws that apply to your industry, for example lending and securities rules.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
